Fluxergy Works Codes

Below are all error codes caused by Software issues, and what you should do. If two errors occur in a row, contact Customer Service.

Error 601, 621: Contact customer service.
Error 625: Use retrieve test function.
Error 603, 606, 607, 615, 616, 618, 636: Restart device. Retest the original sample using a new Test Card and Reaction Mixture and report the results of that test.
