Analyzer Codes

Below are all error codes caused by Device issues, and what you should do. If two errors occur in a row, contact Customer Service.

Error 600, 608, 609, 610, 613, 617, 629-633, 635: Restart device. Retest the original sample using a new Test Card and Reaction Mixture and report the results of that test.
Error 620: Retest the original sample using a new Test Card and Reaction Mixture and report the results of that test.
