Below is a compiled list of all error codes and what you should do. If two errors occur in a row, contact Customer Service.

Error 605, 612: Unplug your device and contact Fluxergy right away.

Error 600, 603, 606, 607, 608, 609, 610, 613, 615, 616, 617, 618, 629-633, 635, 636: Restart device. Retest the original sample using a new Test Card and Reaction Mixture and report the results of that test.
Error 601, 621: Contact customer service.
Error 604: Retest the original sample using a new Test Card and Reaction Mixture and report the results of that test.
Error 620: Card insertion error.
Error 625: Use retrieve test function.
Error 626, 627: Indeterminate results. Rerun test.
