Common Error Codes

Below are our most common error codes on Fluxergy Works! As a broad rule of thumb, most errors (except for Error 626) can be solved by 1. Restarting the Fluxergy Analyzer and 2. Retesting the sample with a new card and mix. For more specific instructions please head to our ‘Error Codes’ tab.

If an error persists after 2 attempts, please contact Customer Service by sending us an email or scheduling an online meeting.

Network Error*
This can occur for a variety of reasons, most commonly when the analyzer loses connectivity with your PC. Double-check your connection and click to retrieve your Test Result.

Error 626
Why This Happens: This error occurs when there is no amplification seen in either the internal control or target channels during the RT-PCR reaction. The sample has high inhibition. the user did not transfer the total Reaction Mixture and sample volume into the test card. Issues with performance of the Fluxergy Card or Reaction Mixture.
How to Fix: Dilute the sample in UTM and retest.

Error 604
Why This Happens: This error occurs when the test card cannot reach temperature to run a PCR. This is usually a test card issue.
How to Fix: Rerun the sample using a new Test Card and Reaction Mixture.

Why This Happens: This occurs when there is a software error.
How to Fix: Rerun the original sample using a new Test Card and Reaction Mixture.
